
A reservation fee of ₱1,000/room shall be collected from the day a client reserves for a specific date/s. It is 100% refundable if cancellation is made two (2) days before the scheduled booking date. We allow one (1) time rebooking for personal reasons. We do not allow cancellation/rebooking during peak season — reservation fee will not be refundable. Management may consider a refund only during emergency reasons such as accidents, death of immediate family members, or sickness that can threaten the health of others, upon presentation of valid evidence.
For late check-in, Management will require full payment of room bookings. A reservation will be automatically cancelled if there was no payment or confirmation with the guest, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
For an exclusive package, a reservation fee of 50% shall be collected from the day a guest reserves for a specific date/s. It is 100% refundable if cancellation is made three (3) weeks before the scheduled booking date. We allow one (1) time rebooking for emergency reasons such as accidents, death of immediate family members, or sickness that can threaten the health of others — if done prior to the date of booking reservation and upon the presentation of valid evidence.
Any early check-in/late check-out shall be charged ₱500.00 per hour per room. Please leave your room key at the reception area upon check-out.
The maximum number of persons allowed in our rooms are as follows:
Room charge includes use of the swimming pool for allowed guests per room only. Any excess headcount will be charged for the use of amenities and additional mattress, linens, towels, and toiletries (subject to change without prior notice).
Children three (3) years old and below will be free of charge as long as the guest will not require an extra mattress. Extra mattress use will be ₱1,000.00/night (regular rate) with free breakfast. All rooms include complimentary breakfast, bottled water, coffee, and toiletries. Extra person per room will also be charged ₱500.00/head; 3 years old and below are free.
It is required that all occupants of rooms shall register at the Front Desk. Each occupied room must have at least one (1) adult of twenty-one (21) years old or older as the responsible guest for the usage of the room.
A maximum of two (2) guests' visitors are also welcome in the resort during your stay, provided they will not stay more than 5 hours. In the event that the visiting guests are more than 2 persons, the resort will collect the Day Tour Rate for each visiting guest (regular rate, may be subject to change at any time without prior notice). The resort will not accept guests' visitors beyond 8:00 PM.
Bringing of food and drinks inside the resort is strictly not allowed. Elmarie Grill and Restaurant can accommodate your hunger and thirst. A food and drinks corkage of ₱500.00/night will be charged for fifteen (15) pax and below guests.
Swimming pool operation time is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Please make sure to take a shower first before using the pool. We have an open shower near the entrance of the gate coming from the beach and right beside the pool. Proper attire for swimming is required. Kids must always be accompanied by parents or an adult companion. Management will not be liable for any untoward incident if left unattended.
Swimming to the beach is allowed until 9:00 PM, but the resort will not be liable for any untoward incident — guests can swim at their own risk. This is the ordinance of our Province. Staying and chilling at the beachfront has no time limit, provided noise is limited after 10:00 PM as part of the Barangay ordinance. Any activity that causes undue disturbances is not permitted.
Please turn off room aircon, lights, and electric fan when not in use. This is to protect and support our drive on Mother Earth for so much carbon emission.
Use of karaoke and any other music equipment and Bluetooth speakers are allowed until 10:00 PM only. This is in compliance with our Barangay ordinance and countrywide policy.
Please respect the assigned huts, tables, and chairs at the beach since the huts will be open for public use with fee. Please stay within the property line of the resort so that guests from nearby resorts will do the same. Please do reserve at the reception or restaurant counter for free hourly group use of huts, poolside table sets, and restaurant tables. If a guest wishes to request a preferred dish, please order in advance — at least three (3) hours before — so the restaurant can prepare.
As we are a pet-friendly resort, we expect responsible pet owners too. We allow one (1) pet for free; in excess of one (1) pet, we charge ₱500.00/each pet. Pets are strictly not allowed to swim at the swimming pool to respect other guests who will use the pool. Your pets are free to swim at the beach. Any damage/s caused by your pet/s to the resort will be subject to penalty charges.
An early check-in/overstayed/late check-out fee of ₱500.00/hour will be collected from guests who early check-in or overstay beyond the check-in/check-out time. A grace period of thirty (30) minutes is given to guests to check out properly.
No guest may leave or store personal belongings and valuables in the room. The resort is not responsible for any belongings and valuables left behind/unattended by the guest, nor will the resort store any luggage or other belongings. Remember to always lock your rooms and report any suspicious activity to any staff member.
Resort property damages due to negligence, or lost/stolen items, shall be chargeable to the erring guest and shall be paid upon departure. Guests shall not intentionally damage or remove property that belongs to the resort. Management will collect appropriate charges.
Guests shall not use profane language at any time. Guests shall not verbally abuse or harass any guest, resort staff, or Management. In the event of physical assault upon a resort staff member or Management, Management shall move to either suspend or withdraw the guest's stay from the resort. The resort will not tolerate any form of abusive conduct. Guests shall respect the rights of other guests, resort staff, and Management.
Maintenance and Housekeeping staff are only available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For any concerns, please contact our Front Desk. Except for emergencies, maintenance and housekeeping services will be performed during their normal duty hours.
- Noise or other annoying activities which may interfere with the rights, comfort, or convenience of others shall not be created or permitted within the room, room corridors, or the common areas of the resort. The noise level should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM to not disturb other resort guests.
- Please always maintain cleanliness around the resort property.
- Clothing should not be draped over railings. We have provided each room with a stainless cloth rack for your wet clothes.
The Management of the Resort shall have the authority to enforce these Terms and Conditions and they are subject to change without prior notice.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM only at the restaurant. No room service for breakfast and other meals of the day.
